1. Booking & Payments

1.1 How much do I need to pay to confirm my booking?

A non-refundable 10% booking amount is required to secure your dates.

1.2 Are my event dates reserved automatically?

No. Dates are confirmed only after we receive the 10% booking fee and a signed agreement.

1.3 When do I need to clear the remaining payment?

70% must be paid 30 days before the first event date. The final 30% must be cleared on or before the last event date.

1.4 What are the payment modes available?

Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, and Cash. (Cheques must clear before the due date.)

1.5 What happens if the payment is delayed?

Deliverables may be delayed or withheld until dues are cleared.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 What is your cancellation policy?

• 15–30 days before event: 20% deducted, rest refunded. • 0–15 days before event: No refund.

2.2 What if the studio cancels due to an emergency?

You will receive a 100% refund including the booking fee. We will also help you find an alternative professional.

2.3 Can I reschedule my event?

Yes — if postponed due to force majeure. Rescheduling allowed within 12 months at no extra cost, subject to availability.

3. Coverage & Team

3.1 What type of coverage will I get?

Coverage will be exactly as per the package you select (candid, traditional, cinematic, etc.).

3.2 Can I choose the editing style or color grading?

You may share references, but final creative decisions rest with the studio.

3.3 What if someone misbehaves with your team?

Any insulting or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Do I need to arrange venue permissions?

Yes, including permissions for cameras, drones, flash, or stage access.

4.2 Do we need to provide meals to the team?

Yes. Meals and basic refreshments must be provided for long events.

4.3 Do I need to be punctual for photo sessions?

Yes. Timely cooperation ensures the best portraits and event coverage.

4.4 Do you store my photos forever?

No. Once final deliverables are handed over, the client must take backups.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

5.1 Who owns the rights to the photos and videos?

All copyrights remain with the studio.

5.2 Will my photos be used on social media?

Yes, unless you request complete privacy in writing at the time of booking.

5.3 Can I use the photos commercially?

Only personal usage rights are granted. Commercial usage requires written permission.

6. Drone & Equipment

6.1 Will you use a drone at my event?

Drone usage depends on venue permissions and government regulations.

6.2 What if equipment gets damaged or malfunctions?

We are not responsible for damages due to third-party interference, weather, or extreme conditions.

7. Liability

7.1 What is your liability in case of issues?

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid under the contract.

7.2 What if photos/videos are lost due to technical failure?

While we take all precautions and backups, we cannot be held liable for losses due to unforeseen failures.
